Abstract
Public Sector Catering magazine will be running its second Plant-Based Week from May 9-13, and the team is on the look-out for exemplar sites that would like some publicity.

Editor David Foad says: “If you think you’re doing something a bit different and interesting to create and promote plant-based food for your customers then we’d love to hear from you.

“We plan to visit a handful of sites armed with a video camera to capture you and your team in action and talk about the work you’re doing.

“The resulting videos will be aired during Plant-Based Week to help inform and inspire others.

“We’re looking specifically at catering teams working in schools, hospitals, the care sector, universities, prisons or on military sites that would be happy to host a visit from us.”

If your catering operation is open to a small team visiting to record a video, then email a short outline of why you feel your plant-based menu is special, putting ‘Plant-Based Week’ in the subject line to:
