Abstract
Foodservice company Aramark are ‘immensely proud’ of their win at the Foodservice Packaging Association (FPA) Awards, which celebrates creativity, sustainability and outstanding service by manufacturers and distributers in the UK hospitality industry.

The award ceremony that took place at the Grand Brighton rewarded Aramark for their impact in the foodservice catering market over the past year.

Aramark provides catering at South Gloucester and Stroud College (SGS) as well as catering at the University of East London. In January Aramark introduced plant-forward options to celebrate Veganuary at their university sites.

Lawrence Shirazian, managing director for Aramark Food Services UK, said: “We are honoured to receive this award, which is a testament to our dedicated team who work tirelessly in the pursuit of excellence.

“The fact that we were voted for by the industry, and the best in the business, makes this a particularly special win for us. We are very proud of our team and it is a great honour that everyone’s hard work has been acknowledged.”

FPA Awards also recognise the best food and drink products in retail, wholesale and the foodservice industry.

Stephen Brennan, supply chain director at Aramark Northern Europe, added: “We are immensely proud to receive this award in a vote of our peers. Aramark is committed to providing all our customers, clients, partners and suppliers with the best possible offering and service.

“We are constantly striving for excellence and the quality and variety of our food services has allowed us to achieve this success.”
