The finalists will each have 15 minutes to make four espresso coffees, four milk-based drinks and four speciality coffee drinks.
Each of the finalists will be marked by a panel which will include a head judge, an Aramark nominated judge, two sensory judges who will assess the taste and sensory aspects of the beverages, and one technical judge who will watch for consistency and accuracy of their barista skills.
