Abstract
The Association for Public Service Excellence (APSE) will hold a seminar at the end of the month that will address the constant challenges of change in local authority facilities management.
Taking place on January 26th – 27th at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Durham, the seminar will address topics such as the importance of professional standards, innovating in catering services, and marketing your FM and catering service.
This seminar brings together speakers from facilities management, catering and cleaning and the organisations that impact on them to chart the future and highlight some of the many challenges facing service providers.
