With over 20 years’ experience in the food industry, she has formerly worked within the NHS as a clinical dietitian as well as working in research and regulatory affairs with Nutricia. Sipaul joins from Education Catering with Hampshire County Council, where she led on nutritional support for children across 400+ schools.
