Abstract
The fifth Sustainable Food and Beverage Conference and Expo has been announced and will be held on 2 October in the Ricoh Arena, Coventry.
As part of the Food and Drink Business Conference and Expo, which is made up of over 10 events, the Sustainable Food and Beverage Expo will bring together key stakeholders from food and beverage manufacturers, food retailers, food service companies, agriculture companies, government and independent associations.
There will be over 250 key speakers and 200 exhibitors at the one-day event, and delegates are free to move between them.
The conference is aimed to inform, educate and inspire caterers, foodservice companies and manufacturers to improve sustainability, environmental and productivity performance.
