The contractor, part of the NEC Group, will provide banqueting and conference catering for all commercial hire events at the city centre venue.
Managing director Kevin Watson said Amadeus had worked with its award-winning chef team to develop a range of exclusive Town Hall signature menus that can only be experienced at the venue.
The Grade I listed building, managed together with Symphony Hall, hosts conferences, gala dinners, awards events, catwalk shows, drinks receptions, film screenings and weddings amongst other events.
Amadeus was awarded the catering contract for Town Hall following a complex six-way tender process. This follows the latest success of a £2m contract win for the newly refurbished Library of Birmingham, located just a short walk from Town Hall.
