In the newly created role, Wanklyn will be responsible for the development of customer-specific coffee solutions in the out of home sector. Wanklyn, who has worked in the foodservice and vending industry for 27 years with Nestle, joins Aimia Foods at a time when the company has recently invested in both coffee manufacturing and sourcing capabilities.
The firm has also announced plans to increase sales by almost 50% and staff numbers by a third within five years, stating that a key strategy revolves around developing its coffee business.
