ACE Ready Steady Cook 2017 competition fast approaching

The Association of Catering Excellence’s (ACE) annual Ready Steady Cook competition is fast approaching – this year taking place on 28 September at East Wintergarden, Canary Wharf.

Celebrating young talent across the industry, each team of two chefs must include one under the age of 25, who will battle it out for the title of best team in the foodservice industry.

Confirmed to take place this year includes teams from: Bartlett Mitchell, BaxterStorey, Blue Apple, Genuine Dining Company, Harbour and Jones, Holroyd Howe, ISS, Lexington, Lusso, Peyton and Byrne, Restaurant Associates, Sodexo and Vacherin.

Now in the second year of its new format, guests can watch the two-heat competition from LED screens above the competitors cooking area and network throughout the evening.
