Abstract
The Academy of Chocolate will be hosting its chocolate conference on 5 October 2018 at The Royal Automobile Club, Pall Mall, London.
Aimed at all levels of knowledge; whether a chocolate business owner, just starting a business, or just love chocolate, the one-day event is designed to appeal to everyone.
The conference will be an opportunity to meet global experts, cacao and chocolate producers as well as the chance to watch master chocolatier demonstrations and to sample AoC Golden Bean Award-winning chocolates before they announce the 2018 Golden Leaf Awards.
The ticket includes a full day of topical chocolate sessions, Q&A, lunch, refreshments, and lots of chocolate.
