Abstract
The AA Hospitality Awards has announced the shortlist for its new College Restaurant of the Year Award ahead of the awards night in six weeks time.
The new award has been developed in conjunction with hospitality workforce charity People 1st to recognise the efforts of students, both front and back of house.
Winners will be announced on September 26th at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London. The finalists are:
- The Atrium, University College, Birmingham
- The Brasserie, Milton Keynes College
- Foxholes Restaurant, Runshaw College, Leyland
