Abstract
Are you looking to add something extra to your bar, or perhaps your lunch menu in your restaurant? If so look no further than Eyelevel.
Le Gavroche in London has recently placed an order with Eyelevel's, suppliers to VIP and global airlines, for their range of luxury refresh towels. Managing director Matthew Delamere told Eat Out magazine why and how restaurants and hotels are to benefit from their products. In additon to the refresh towels, Eyelevels also supplies menu boxes to promote a lunch or perhaps the meal of the day or a set menu, hand made chocolates from Belgium, and luxury products for the bathroom. How are these towels going to benefit restaurants and bars? Every restaurant owner should want to offer their customer those little extras that entice them to come back. It may be hand made chocolates with coffee, or maybe a free alcoholic drink, but I think these refresh towels not only look impressive but also add a nice touch to the end of a meal. The towels will add a memorable touch to the meal. Why are you now targeting restaurants? The credit crunch has probably affected trade in restaurants all over the UK. Restaurants now need to sit up and offer their exciting and new diners value for money with top service to match with added luxuries, in a bid to increasing business and people spreading the word in their local city or town how good they are. It must be noted that these added luxuries do not need to cost a fortune. Are these towels cost effective? For an extra 21 pennies per head restaurants can silver serve these hot towels if approached in the right way with staff training. Do you offer these towels on airlines? These towels are great because we use them on airlines. They are Tidy and compact and easy to store in trays of 8 ready for service. What do you aim to achieve in offering these products? Our aim is to introduce these towels to customers and then introduce them slowly to other ideas and small touches that will improve the overall impression of a meal. For example hand made chocolates, new ways to promote the "Menu of the Day" using some unique menu ideas and so on. How do these towels work? There are 3 uses. 1. Used as dry to dry hands in the bathroom 2. Used as a hot refresh towel – simply wet with warm water then serve as silver service 3. Serve chilled on a hot day with iced water Do your products come in different sizes? We have our standard range but we are happy to meet our clients and discuss their needs on a one to one basis and help the best we can. The towels are made from woven Bamboo and have a feel similar to cashmere. They can be served hot or cold, and with an added scent. Eyelevel suggests serving these with coffee and mints on silver plates, and in the summer serving chilled between courses. The company also has meetings set up with leading hotels including The Ritz and Blakes in London. Weblink: www.eyelevelmedia.com
