Like all of Wilson Vale’s operational staff, Phil Hindmarch and Adam Bee are trained chefs and will continue to take a hands-on role within kitchens throughout their respective client bases.
Phil Hindmarch joined Wilson Vale as a head chef in 2010 and is now overseeing a portfolio of five contracts in York and Hull.
He said: “My journey from head chef to area manager within two years has been like a whirl-wind romance; exciting, informative and very rewarding. It is a great opportunity for chefs to be able to bring their professional experience into area management because we know, first-hand, the challenges facing chefs in today’s busy catering environments.”
Adam Bee has worked for Wilson Vale for eight years as a chef manager and previously held chef roles within the hotel and restaurant sector. Commenting on his promotion, he said: “The commitment and support which I have received from my area manager over the past eight years has been inspirational and has ensured that the business never stands still and we are always ahead of the competition. I am now eager to continue pushing the Wilson Vale ethos within my own client base and support my catering managers who are the ones who truly make the difference in our business.”
Bee now has responsibility for six contracts within the West Midlands area.
