Four schools chose to retain Pabulum for a further five years, totalling £8.4m, and a further eight retained Pabulum for between two and four years each, with contracts worth £6.3m in total.

It is particularly pleasing to see how much business we have retained in the last six months, to me it underpins our two key differentiators, a fresh food company without compromise and strong commercial partners.”
To meet uptake demands Pabulum has made a number of investments and will be introducing new ‘airstream’-style food cubes to serve from at several schools.
In addition to this, Pabulum will also be bringing its ‘I Love Coffee’ brand to some of the schools. Also, a new hot sandwich offer will be developed as a direct result of focus groups and listening to student feedback.
