Abstract
Hospitality group Rhubarb – whose portfolio includes Fenchurch Restaurant and Sky Pod Bar (London) – has appointed Warren Geraghty (formerly group executive chef at Galvin Restaurants) as culinary director.

With over 20 years experience, Geraghty was also once the director of Galvin Pub Co, and has help positions at top Michelin-starred restaurants, including L’Escargot, Four Seasons Hotel and Resort Hampshire and Pied A Terre.

As well as focusing on the company’s UK development, he will also oversee its first international restaurant in New York while leading the culinary teams across Rhubarb’s entire portfolio; menu development business-wide; and kitchen recruitment, induction and training.

He said: “This is a fantastic role and I am delighted to be joining at such an incredibly exciting time for rhubarb.

“There is some real talent within the kitchen team at rhubarb and I look forward to nurturing and developing this further.”

Managing director PB Jacobse added: “We are truly delighted to welcome Warren to the Rhubarb family.

“With Ehubarb continuing to grow and our first international opening underway, Warren’s impressive career achievements and hospitality experience made him the obvious choice for the role.”
