Regional finalists selected for YCYW

The talented chefs and waiters, who are all under the age of 25, will compete at one of the following locations: Darlington College on 4 September, University College Birmingham on 11 September, and Thames Valley University, Ealing on 16 September. A total of 16 finalists will be selected from the three heats to compete in the final at Westminster Kingsway College on 30 September, which will be followed by the National Final Gala Dinner and awards presentation at the Jumeriah Carlton Tower in London. All of the national finalists will win a study trip to Champagne Besserat de Bellafon in Epernay.
