Abstract
The care team at Redcot, the Haslemere-based residential care home run by charity Friends of the Elderly, is launching a Blue Light Breakfast Club to say thank you to all members of the emergency services for their hard work and commitment to the local community.
The Club will be launching on Friday 14th June and will be open from 9-11am. Guests will be able to choose from a wide selection of tasty options to either eat-in or take away, including breakfast rolls, pastries and warm beverages – and even enjoy a full English Breakfast.
Jan Daly, Redcot’s registered manager, said: “We wanted to show our appreciation to all our local emergency services, NHS workers and Blue Light Card Holders for all their untiring support, thoughtfulness and dedication they give to our community and care home.
“We thought that by hosting a regular Blue Light Breakfast Club it would be lovely way to give something back to everyone in the emergency services who support our community in so many ways each and every day.”
