New Concept Bagel Street Launches at T3

6th Oct 2008 - 00:00
Abstract
New-York style deli-café, Bagel Street Company, is to open its second new concept store at Heathrow Terminal 3 this month.
The retro theme, which was first launched in Terminal 5, is designed with travellers in mind, catering for both the takeaway customer and those who want to sit and eat. The refurbished has comfortable shop interiors and plasma animated menu boards with an express Grab n' Go service for passengers looking for a quick bite to eat. Bagel Street's menu will feature fresh deli bagels and sandwiches and also blend-to-order juices and smoothies, fresh salads, homemade soups and coffees. Bagel Street development manager Ronald Knirzinger says: "We have worked hard to create a relaxing dining environment that will appeal to customers and fulfil their different needs and requirements. We hope the store will be every bit as popular with time-pressed travellers as it will with those wishing to sit back and relax before their flight." Chris Annetts, BAA's head of category for food and beverage said: "Bagel Street's Soho loft style store has been well-received by passengers in Terminal 5 so it is great that we can now offer the same dining experience to those flying from Terminal 3. It's the perfect place for those wanting to enjoy fresh and healthy food in a cosmopolitan and comfy setting."
