Must-see seminars to attend this Hotelympia

Abstract
This year's Hotelympia event has finally come and is hosting a range of seminars throughout the entire exhibition.
The new Sustainable Futures Seminar Programme will be focusing on key issues including carbon footprints, food miles, and climate change. The programme, run in conjunction with the Institute of Hospitality and sponsored by Enodis UK Food Service and Bunzl Lockhart, will give visitors the opportunity to engage and learn about the key issues of sustainability. Catering Equipment Suppliers Association (CESA) will be focusing on the issue of sustainability in relation to supplying and purchasing equipment. And Susan Gregory, category marketing director at Unilever Foodsolutions, will be staging the seminar Sustainable Futures – Making the Difference. She will discuss on how Unilever Foodsolutions benefits wealth, well-being and health. Meanwhile Roger Miller, commercial manager of Veolia, will be focusing on the term WEEE (Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment), showing that the numbers of reusable items thrown away can be reduced. Other must-see seminars to attend include Food from Britain at 2.00pm on Tuesday, a Fish Filleting Masterclass on Wednesday at 10.00am, and Best Of British kicking off on Thursday at 12.00pm.
