Based in London, Balderton Capital is one of Europe's largest venture capital organisations, with an investment strategy focused on finding and helping talented entrepreneurs build good companies. Since 2000, Balderton has invested in over 70 companies across a wide range of technology sectors and geographies including throughout Europe, and in the US and China. Johan Brenner, partner at Balderton Capital, explained the benefits to the restaurant sector: "Livebookings is a fantastic, easy-to-use service for the restaurant sector. By bringing together booking agents, restaurant and diners, it fulfils a vital reservations and marketing role." Balderton aims to expand the business across Europe.
