Made fresh on site each day, the new menus hope to “inject life into the venue” and act as a “supporting attraction” alongside the theatrical performances and entertainment.
As such, KUDOS has already added more menus for retail, events and pre-theatre dining – all featuring seasonal, local ingredients sourced within 60 miles of Floral Pavilion Theatre. They each highlight healthier options such as juices, salads and other sandwich alternatives.
To mark the announcement, the caterer also hosted Floral Pavilion Theatre and Conference Centre’s 10-year anniversary last week (13 December), which included both a four-course black tie dinner.
KUDOS chief executive, Matthew Herter, said: “The team are extremely excited to have developed a new partnership with (Floral Pavilion Theatre).
