The Guild prepares for IFE

The Craft Guild of Chefs has a mix of culinary delights to share with this year's visitors to the IFE exhibition, which will be kicking off next month at London's ExCel.
The Guild will be hosting The Skillery, a live cooking area in the South Hall between Food on the Move and Bakery sections, where visitors can 'get up close and personal' with the UK's leading chefs. Demonstrations will include everything from The Science of Food and Taste of Health to topical slots such as Credit Crunch Meals and appearances from celebrity chefs including Brian Turner. Those interested in the cost sector, celebrities, group and independent operations and contract catering will find the demonstrations packed with innovative tips and inspiring new ideas. Some 1,300 suppliers from 40 countries will be trying to attract buyers in retail, foodservice, wholesale, distribution and manufacturing. The exhibition will run from 15-18 March.
