Abstract
The gold winners of yesterday's Live Theatre cook-off have now been announced at this year's Hotelympia event.
Winners included Chris Graham from the Jumeriah Culinary Team, who had just 30 minutes to create a modern gastro pub meal.
Meanwhile Richard Muncaster at Compass Group Culinary Team scooped the top medal in the Essential Cuisine Masterclass, where chefs again had just 30 minutes using a range of jus and glaces.
And the top silver medal in the 'It's All in the Prep'aration' challenge, went to Gaurav Malhotra from Kensington Close Hotel, who won a trip to Chicago.
