Abstract
The nominees for the 2009 Craft Guild of Chefs Awards have been chosen and will now go on the roll call at the awards ceremony at the London Hilton Park Lane on 1 June.
Choosing the final three for each category was no easy feat as judges had to assess a number of high quality candidates, discuss at length each one's attributes and come up with the final list.
