Abstract
Stocks and sauces supplier Essential Cuisine has announced that they have gained a AA-grade accreditation from BRCGS (BRC) Food Safety Certification for the ninth consecutive year.
The BRC standard for food safety is globally recognised and provides a well-established framework to manage product safety, integrity, legality and quality.
