7th Jul 2009 - 00:00
Abstract
SSP Ireland is celebrating its 25th year of overseeing the catering o eration at Dublin Airport (DAA) with the addition of Starbucks, Burger King and Caviar House & Prunier to the terminal’s portfolio.
DAA has seen a €2bn redevelopment of the airport, which has 16 catering outlets and serves approximately 85,000 of Dublin's passengers a week. Research from SSP shows that 66% of passengers see food and beverage as a priority when in an airport. Tony Keating, CEO SSP UK and Ireland said: "Thanks to our recent research, we know that our customers are looking for different food experiences when passing through the airport and we can now offer a vast and varied eating portfolio with the introduction of Caviar House & Prunier, Starbucks and Burger King."
