Abstract
Ceda, the catering equipment distributors organisation, has announced the speaker line-up for the 2023 conference which is taking place at the Hilton St George’s in Burton on Trent on 7-8th June 2023.

Strategic advisor & futurist Simon Stenning has 30+ years’ experience of developing, analysing and commentating on the UK foodservice and hospitality industry.  Simon will share with Ceda Conference delegates forecasts and foresights from his latest report The Changing Landscape for Foodservice 2023 to 2026.

Public health specialist professor Sir Jonathan Van-Tam MBE will also be a keynotes speaker as well as author, historian and archaeologist Tim Fitzhigham who spoke at the 2015 conference.

Peter Martin will host this year’s proceedings and chair some of the planned panel discussions. He will also deliver his State of the Industry presentation during the Business Day speaker programme.

Adam Mason, general director at Ceda, said: “The Ceda Conference is known for the stellar speakers that make up the Business Day every year and 2023 is no exception.

“Members, partners and our guests will learn what the future of foodservice looks like with Simon Stenning, be entertained and enthralled by the stories of Tim Fitzhigham and be taken into the heart of the very top echelons of leadership during Covid with professor Van-Tam. These four experts in their fields are the first tranche of announcements and there are a further nine to come over the next couple of weeks.”
