Event caterer Seasoned announces 30% increase in summer business

London event caterers, Seasoned has seen a 30% increase in summer business from 2018 to 2019.

The bulk of the increase can be attributed to summer party events that have focussed on client entertainment. Despite the ‘uncertain times’, companies are spending more time and money entertaining their clients.

Colin Sawyers, managing partner at Seasoned, said: “We are delighted to have had such a positive summer period at Seasoned. The general feel this year has been one of uncertainty across the industry and worry that corporate clients will cut back in such times, but they certainly haven’t over the summer months. We are hoping to see this positivity continue throughout the rest of 2019 and into 2020.”

Seasoned has been catering events at numerous venues over the summer including at the Museum of London Docklands, LookOut in Hyde Park, Gunnersbury Park, Royal Hospital Chelsea, Natural History Museum and Gibson Hall.

The Natural History Museum has a reception capacity of 1,200, a dinner capacity of 850 and a theatre style capacity of 200.

The event caterer ‘enjoyed a bumper year’ at Henley Regatta and at the Love Supreme Jazz Festival in Sussex.
