Number of Portions: 10 Ingredients 275g (10oz) McDougalls Cheesecake Crumb Base 225g (8oz) McDougalls Cheesecake Filling Mix 100g (4oz) McDougalls Strawberry Delight 550ml (1pt) Cold Water 225g (8oz) Strawberries and Whipped Cream to decorate
Preparation method
Method 1. Place McDougalls Cheesecake Crumb Base in a saucepan and heat gently until it changes colour. Press lightly into a 25cm (10") tin. Allow cooling. 2. Place the cold water in a bowl fitted with a whisk and gradually mix in McDougalls Cheesecake Filling and McDougalls Strawberry Delight. Scrape down and whisk at medium speed for 1 minute until thick and creamy. 3. Spread over the crumb base and chill until firm. 4. Remove from the tin and decorate with the strawberries and whipped cream.
