Claiming Easter is one of the biggest seasonal events of the year, Otis Spunkmeyer said caterers have a “cracking opportunity” to extend their Easter-themed offering and increase profits its new ‘cracked egg’ muffin.
Paul Maxwell, trade marketing manager at parent company ARYZTA Food Solutions, said: “The new Otis cracked egg muffin is the perfect indulgent treat for caterers to feature on menus in the run up to Easter.
“Consumers looking for something a little special versus traditional Easter bakery items, such as hot cross buns, will doubtless fall ‘egg-over-heels’ for the new muffin.”
