Easter is fast approaching, so pastry specialist Pidy has launched its chocolate waffle basket to help caterers tap into the occasion.
Made from 100% natural ingredients, the flower-shaped dessert uses traditional waffle dough and has a crisp chocolate coating inside. It is sold ready to serve once filled with ingredients of chefs’ choice.
