The assortment comprises of three different ‘classic’ designs; the ‘Iris’, ‘Fluted Tartlet’ and the ‘Flower Cuppy’, all of which provide a unique base for sweet and savoury creations.
Previously only available individually, the company now offers an assortment pack.
The ‘Iris’ is made from a light, crisp Foncage dough and shaped into a rustic, bite-sized cup.
The Flower Cuppy is made from a crunchy baked dough in the shape of a flower. Finally, the Fluted Tartlet features a traditional design and is made from a rolled sweet, all-butter shortcrust pastry.
Both the Iris and Flower Cuppy are a neutral pastry that is suited to sweet and savoury fillings alike. The Fluted Tartlet is ideal for creating miniature versions of sweet treats.
