Abstract
Lee Kum Kee has launched a Chilli Garlic Paste.
Part of Lee Kum Kee’s professional range of sauces, it is developed especially for the foodservice sector and is suited for multi-skilled environments.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, it is a concentrated chilli and garlic paste, made using top quality chilles and carefully sourced garlic to create a 'delightful hot and spicy taste' that has been inspired by the classic Chinese spicy flavour.
It can serve approximately 50-100 portions per bottl andis great with seafood, mixed with mayonnaise or ketchup to make chilli burger sauce, or simply blended into mashed potatoes to get a mild spicy sensation.
It also has no added MSG or preservatives.
