Abstract
With Brits spending up to £572 a year on breakfast. La Lorraine Bakery Group is tapping into the early morning market with the launch of its sweet treat pastries.

The mini classic viennoiserie consists of mini croissants, mini raisin swirls and mini chocolate rolls. Ready to bake the products offer customers flexibility, variety and value for money.

La Lorraine Bakery Group has also added two new flavour variations to the chocolate twist including the double chocolate twist and the apricot twist.

Also new to its range is its Pain Au Chocolat Artisanal Au Beurre product – ‘a melt in your mouth pastry’ enriched with smooth, rich chocolate made with pure butter.

Rebecca Dunning, trade marketing manager for La Lorraine Bakery Group, said: “The morning meals sector has big potential and as one of the market leaders in frozen bake off products in Europe and the UK and Ireland, it is important that we are serving customers with a wide range of quality products that suit every need.

“Offering a twist to some of the good old classics has been a great way to innovate and expand our offering and I believe customers will really connect with our new range of products.

“All of our pastry products across our entire portfolio are made with love, passion and dedication, and are never compromised on taste. This puts us in good stead for creating only the best for our customers; offering high quality products that are delicious in taste and totally rich in flavour.”
