wagamama lands at Gatwick North Terminal with further scheduled arrivals
Abstract
Japanese inspired eatery wagamama is opening at Gatwick North Terminal for the first time this weekend, marking further expansion plans for the brand within the travel arena.

Simon Cope, global brand director, said: “We look forward to landing at the South terminal later on in the year and continuing to expand within the travel space in 2015.

“We are delighted to offer passengers at Gatwick North a positive and fresh eating experience, whether they are dashing onto a flight or feeding a family before they embark on their holidays.”

A takeaway service will be available alongside popular dishes such as the chicken katsu curry and warm chilli chicken salad. New compact packaging has been designed for travellers to enjoy wagamama on the go.

A morning menu unique to Gatwick has been created for early risers and will be served from 4.30am. It boasts authentic Japanese-inspired breakfast dishes such as yasai okonomiyaki (a Japanese style-omelette served with wasabi mayonnaise) and a British twist on Asian classics, including yaki soba noodles served with bacon and egg.

wagamama also has a site at Heathrow Airport.
