Wexiödisk then committed to boosting this donation by planting one tree per visitor to their stand at Hotel, Restaurant and Catering (HRC) in March 2022. Wexiödisk’s company ethos is ‘intrinsically linked’ to the wider environment and this filters down through everything they do.
Henrik Florentzson, sales and marketing manager at Wexiödisk, said: “Sustainability issues are, and have always been, a priority area for Wexiödisk. Over the past 50 years, we have committed to developing new products, solutions and applications to reduce the burden on the earth's resources, so it’s truly fantastic to have boosted these efforts further through our 2022 plantation commitment.”
One Tree Planted have projects that span the globe and are done in partnership with local communities who need reforestation the most.
