Abstract
Food and drink travel operator SSP UK & Ireland has secured a new partnership at The Camden Bar & Kitchen (Stansted Airport), which sees the restaurant collaborate with new street food traders every six months.

The latest rotation welcomed London-based fried chicken brand, Mother Clucker, yesterday (4 March).

Working closely with SSP to ensure that “every element of Mother Clucker will be mirrored in The Camden Bar & Kitchen,” the Southern fried chicken is made to the same recipe, served in the same street food baskets and staff trained the same ‘Mother Clucker’ way.

Co-founder Ross Curnow said: “Ever since we began Mother Clucker, we’ve prided ourselves on bringing the best Southern fried chicken and cajun fries to the people of London, delighting thousands of Cluckers along the way.

“Now I’m excited to say that we’ll be feeding hungry travellers within Stansted thanks to SSP.

“We can’t think of a better partner to help us make 2019 a great success.”

SSP UK & Ireland group marketing director, Lucy Knowles, added: “(SSP is) delighted that The Camden Bar & Kitchen will be featuring signature dishes from one of London’s most exciting street food names.

“We look forward to working together with Mother Clucker to enhance our offer at Stansted, and provide passengers with an even more exciting experience.”

Dishes include its signature chicken strips; burgers; wraps; deep fried halloumi and an assortment of sides.
