SSP Canada celebrates new F&B contracts at Vancouver International Airport

Canadian division of food and drink travel operator, SSP Group, has won three new food and beverage contracts at Vancouver International Airport (YVR).

This will see SSP Canada launch nine concession spaces across the airport, including Hawksworth Kitchen by David Hawksworth, Heritage Asian Eatery and Left Coast Café & Bar.

 

The full line-up is as below:

  • Hawksworth Kitchen by David Hawksworth – an all-day restaurant serving international cuisine such as salads, local seafood and locally farmed meat dishes.
  • Steamworks Bar & Restaurant - all-day menu of brewpub fare
  • Whistler Brewing Lodge — traditional mountain cuisine
  • Heritage Asian Eatery - counter service restaurant specialising in authentic Asian food
  • The Dirty Apron - chef-driven all-Vancouver delicatessen
  • BUILT Custom Burgers – made to order burgers
  • Red Truck Beer Company Truck Stop - all-day menu of fast food and gourmet hot dogs
  • Left Coast Café & Bar - café style menu
  • Wahlburgers –all-day burger restaurant
