Somerset House has announced new caterers, including Alexander & Bjork, Moving Venue and Rocket Food in its new suppliers list.
The new accredited suppliers were chosen following a tender process to ensure they adhere to the venue’s high level of expertise, quality of production and health and safety guidelines.
Jenny Freestone, head of corporate events at Somerset House, said: “Our suppliers are integral in making each event a memorable and successful occasion, which is why we are committed to sourcing the very best in the industry through a stringent approval process. Somerset House is a flexible venue, hosting a variety of events - our suppliers reflect this versatility and have the ability to accommodate any event.”
Caterers such as Ampersand, Bubble Food and Rhubarb have all retained their position.
