Abstract
Industry charity Hospitality Action is calling on workers to rise to the challenge in 2015 by taking part in an exhilarating sponsored challenge. From bike rides to sky dives there are numerous ways to get fit and healthy whilst raising vital funds for those in need.

Hospitality Action has places in two 10k runs. On Sunday, May 10th individuals and teams from across the north of England are being called to take part in the high energy Great Manchester 10K Run. Whilst on Sunday, July 12th those from the south will be able to compete in the London 10K Run.

Troy Smith, chairman of Hospitality Actions’ London regional board, said: “Over the years I have taken part in many challenge events on behalf of Hospitality Action and I would really encourage others to do the same.

“They are the perfect opportunity to get fit after the excesses of the festive season and they also give you something positive to look forward to. Of course, the sponsorship money raised makes a real difference to the charity’s work and makes all your hard work especially worthwhile.”

Cycling enthusiasts have the opportunity to participate in The Prudential Ride London-Surrey 100 on Sunday, August 2nd. The 100-mile challenge will start in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park before winding in and around London and Surrey and ending on The Mall.

Whilst those feeling especially adventurous are being encouraged to take part in an exhilarating sponsored sky dive. Individuals will be attached to a professional instructor for all 10,000 feet making this the experience of a lifetime.
