Abstract
Daniel Head, business development manager at the Real Soup Company, has been voted in as the new Welsh regional chair for the National Association of Care Catering (NACC), with immediate effect.
The new Welsh NACC chair, said: “My job is to work with the chefs, suppliers and estate managers in the region to raise the bar yet again with regards to nutrition and hydration, while ensuring Wales has a strong, united voice at national level when the executive committee meets.”
Daniel Head takes over from Pauline Batty, catering manager for Monmouthshire County Council.
He will serve a minimum year term in the role, chairing three regional meetings and attending three national meetings per year.
