Precision appoints marketing manager for ‘further growth’

Refrigeration specialist, Precision, has hired a new marketing manager to capitalise on the company’s ‘tremendous growth’ over the past few years.

Bringing 15 years’ experience to the role, including work within the foodservice sector, Christine Hartshorne will help Precision to develop a new marketing strategy following growth in both the UK and international markets.

 

This saw business grow by +30% in 2018, with sales to the Middle East +50% year-on-year and exports accounting for 40% of total production.

 

Hartshorne said: “This is a great time for me to join Precision. Having just celebrated its 10th anniversary and with business going from strength to strength, I look forward to putting a new marketing strategy in place to expand on its existing success.”

 

Managing director Nick Williams added: “We are lucky to have Christine on board. Her experience within the industry and her marketing skills are exactly what we need as we prepare for further growth.”
