With over 10 years’ experience in the Bakery industry, three of which have been spent at Pidy UK, the former National Account Manager (Foodservice) will now be responsible for maintaining partner relationships and further growing the company’s presence within the Foodservice, Retail and Industrial sectors across the UK, which includes overseeing the company’s national accounts and group end users.

“As commercial manager, my new role will still encompass foodservice, whilst also allowing me to build new contacts within both the retail and the industrial sectors that we operate.

He will work closely with Christina Stewart who has been promoted to director of operations, Dawn Knott, national account manager – Industrial, and foodservice business manager, Andrea Richardson.
