The trade only exhibition will be 20% bigger with more exhibitors and in excess of 6,000 visitors from restaurants, bars, hotels, pubs, clubs and cafés.
New for 2014 is the Chefs Table where some lucky people will get the chance to join a chef on stage during their demonstration, help with preparation, and taste some amazing dishes.
It will also include the return of Chef Live that will see a stellar line up of chefs cooking, with new faces and some returning stars. Previousl chefs have included Simon Rogan, Aiden Byrne and Aldo Zilli.
In addition, the Kitchen Theatre offers programmed specialist demonstrations of butchery and fishmongery, recipes using specialist produce and cooking with game, all among some of the finest regional producers in the north.
