The Mount Charles Group makes three new staff appointments
Abstract
Northern Irish foodservice and business solutions company, The Mount Charles Group has made three new appointments to its cleaning and head office team.

John Casey joins as operations manager of the cleaning division, where he will be responsible for a team of four area managers, will oversee a number of key contracts and maintain service standards throughout Northern Ireland.

Casey previously worked at the Guiness Storehouse in Dublin where he was site cleaning manager, and prior to that, he spent 11 years with the OCS Group in Belfast as a general manager.

Danielle McAllister joins as health, safety and environmental officer, where she will be responsible for the management of the companies health, safety and environmental practices, including risk assessment and procedural review, and will continually work to improve standards throughout the business.

McAllister joins from Belfast Harbour Commissioners, where she spent two years as a safety and environmental systems co-ordinator, and prior to that she worked as an environmental officer at recycling and resourcing specialists SITA UK.

Anne-Marie Rainey joins as personal assistant to the group chairman and managing director, where she will provide extensive administrative and secretarial support for the company’s senior management.

Rainey joins from legal firm Quigg Golden, where she spent five years working in a similar position as a personal assistant. Alongside her new role, she is also studying towards a degree in Business Management.
