McCormick takes ‘Flavour Forecast’ report online

Ingredient manufacturer, McCormick & Company, has developed its ‘Flavour Forecast’ report into a digital version, providing global flavour insights through a series of podcasts, videos and social content.

Designed to enlighten anyone “passionate about flavour,” the new ‘Flavour Forecast’ features quarterly in-depth flavour topics as well as weekly educational podcasts, images, videos, recipes and content from a global community of chefs, influencers and flavour forecasters.

 

Partnering with ‘thought leaders’ in food, culture and innovation to showcase new tastes and their own immersive experiences, McCormick said each leader will travel to destinations around the world to report on flavour discovery through their unique lenses, capturing imagery, video and perspectives on the future of flavour. 

 

Executive chef Kevan Vetter added: “McCormick’s new, curated global platform is the place to discover what flavours are on the horizon, what everyone will be talking about, what you should be experimenting with and what flavours we dare you to try now.”
