The countdown is on until the first ever The Foodservice Show and The Professional Kitchen Show take place at the NEC (Birmingham) next week (22-23 January), with organiser Fresh Montgomery urging visitors to get tickets now.

Offering hospitality professionals the chance to discover new ingredients, technologies and gain insight from chefs and industry figures, the co-located events are a must for operators and suppliers alike.

 

There will also be a number of culinary-themed features, including: talks and panel discussions; smart kitchen technology; the Salon Culinaire chef competition; and artisan food hall, The Covered Market.
