This will see KUDOS mange Resource for London’s Islington-based café as well as the catering for events such as conferences, training days, meetings and exhibitions.
A ‘mutual understanding’ of ethics and sustainability will see the caterer serve locally-sourced, seasonal produce with a strong focus on healthier options and menu variety.
It also promises bespoke conference and banqueting menus, which will be tailored to individual event audiences.
KUDOS chief executive Matthew Herter commented: “The team is really excited about KUDOS’ new partnership with Resource for London.
“Our mission is to design bespoke menus that are infused with creativity as well as sustainability.
‘Significant’ investment into the venue has already seen KUDOS relaunch the café space as The Green Bean Coffee House.
Herter added: “We enjoyed redefining the café space and extending (KUDOS’) creative services to create unique and innovative marketing campaigns, to support the growth and development of Resource for London as a key destination for all third sector organisations within the capital.”
