Kudos achieves two awards for commitment to catering standards and green initiat
Abstract
Kudos, the onsite caterer at the Brighton Centre, has been awarded the bronze Catering Mark by the Soil Association and has also scooped the Green Tourism Business Scheme’s (GTBS) gold status.

The Catering Mark provides an independent endorsement that food providers are improving the food they serve. Kudos was awarded bronze for their conference, events and retail menus.

Kudos has also been working with their London partner venue, Central Hall Westminster to achieve the GTBS gold status. To reach gold status businesses are required to achieve over 80% in the grading which covers a range of areas including energy and water efficiency, waste management, biodiversity as well as social involvement and communication.

Jon Pryce, managing partner at Kudos said: “This is a great achievement for the catering team at the Brighton Centre and the award confirms the commitment Kudos take with their approach to healthy food and cooking.

“To also be awarded gold status for Green Tourism this year at CHW, confirms we are just as passionate about the environment, as we are our food and as a company we will continue to adapt to a greener future.”
