JJ Foodservice awarded Northumbria University and Kirklees schools contracts

Abstract
JJ Foodservice has won the contracts to supply Northumbria University in Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Kirklees Metropolitan Borough Council in West Yorkshire.

Colin Halsey, National Account Manager for contracts at JJ said: “Universities are an important part of our business and great to work with due to the diversity of their menus. Northumbria in particular has an impressive 16 food outlets on the campus.”

The contract with Kirklees Metropolitan Borough Council will be supplying a range of chilled and frozen products to more than 190 West Yorkshire schools.

JJ Food Service is a £183m family-owned specialist foodservice company that delivers from eight branches around the UK to cafes and coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, hotels, quick service restaurants, schools and local authorities.
